I’ve been dealing with major depression for the past several years, and I really let my apartment go. It was practically uninhabitable. But they brought in five people (Joanne, Katy, Arturo, Carlo, Hector, and Patricia) and in five hours, they had the place downright immaculate. I cannot recommend them enough. They filled a freaking dump truck full of trash in 5 hours! Awesome! They were great, and friendly to boot!

Work done in timely manner. Workers were very polite and helpful. Everything seems up to the highest standards. 

We experienced a leak from our upstairs shower that was noticed as water came dripping through our downstairs ceiling. We made contact with SERVPRO, they immediately dispatched a crew. Over the course of the next 5 days they remove saturated materials and dried the area.

We are very grateful for James & Moses Jr for their diligence and thoroughness. We also are great for the opportunity to work with their reconstruction team, Next Level Contracting.

We are very appreciative of their employees and subcontractors that are scrambling schedules to get our home restore before the holidays. All in, we are grateful for their experience and expertise in navigating this event and truly making it “like it never happened”.

I had a pipe in the wall that was leaking and caused severe water damage in my spare bedroom, living room, and hallway. SERVPRO calls ahead, arrives on time, is professional and friendly and makes sure I understand everything. Thanks to James and Glenn who have been working at my house, they deserve this 5 star review.

The whole team was extremely respectful, helpful and answered all my questions. They were so careful in the house and cleaned up behind them. They stayed and worked late to finish the job. I would 100 percent recommend the team that came to demo my bathrooms.

I can't say enough about these Guys and Gals at SERVPRO. They were quick to respond to my water damaged bathroom. Brent was right out to check things over and give us information on what to expect and how much the water had actually damaged. John and Glenn were out on Monday morning to get things torn out, to be able to dry quickly. They are a great team! John kept us informed every step of the way. Why, how and when. Gustavo filled in for Glenn and they both are doing a great job. They are in constant contact with us on the progress daily and what needs to be done so everything is dried out properly. Samantha has kept our claim up to date with the Insurance and is taking care of everything, what a relief! I couldn't have gotten started with all of this, if it weren't for Lisa. Lisa has been there with me since day one and has always kept in touch. If I need anything, Lisa, Samantha and Brent are right there to find out. Thank you all for the great customer service and work. You all are the best.

SERVPRO helped us with water damage from a leaky dishwasher. Jacob Marquez and Kim Hall did an excellent job and were professional, pleasant, and hard working!

Due to a water leak from a dishwasher install, we had to do water mitigation which required pulling up hardwoods, tile and cabinets. Between Lucas, Jay and Josh, we felt very taken care of. They answered all our questions, was very informative about every step, super polite and respectful. I would highly recommend serv pro for any damage needs.

Had a surprise pipe leak and they came all the way to Fox Island to help us out. Amazing customer service with every new person that came each day and excellent communication when they would be arriving so we wouldn’t be sitting around. They got the job done and all is dry!! SERVPRO of Lacey responded within 1 hour to my to my flooded basement on a Saturday near Lake Tapps. Antonio and Jason were efficient , quick and really nice. The mitigation to the water damage was addressed and it was all dry in three days. No Mold got started due to their quick work.

Our insurance company recommended SERVPRO of Lacey after we had roof damage that caused a leak into our bedroom. We worked with Project Manager Matt Thew and he did a great job! He explained the entire process thoroughly and we knew what to expect from his team. The techs Steve and Nate also were great, very friendly and professional! They delivered the equipment and came out twice to check the moisture levels during the drying process. We highly recommend SERVPRO!

Jason Hall and Chris Moe came out to assess the damage to our home and were very professional and informative. They answered all questions we had and made us feel comfortable about the situation. I would recommend them to anyone!

It was an awesome experience. The team is very knowledgeable, they knew exactly what there were doing. If I have another water damage hopefully I don't, but if I do I will definitely use them again.

Had them come and clean my carpet and couches they were awesome they went above and beyond and Devin found all the spots and issues. got areas clean no one else ever could from fireplace soot/smoke damage. professional and polite listened to what I needed they did a thorough job and took time to do it right.
