Mold Caused By Leaking Pipe

This home had a pipe that was leaking in the wall and as a result, began to have a mold problem. SERVPRO of Lacey was called to help with the cleanup and removal of the mold and moisture.

As you can see, we cut out the drywall to give us access to the problem. We were then able to use drying equipment to cause the moisture to evaporate quickly to mitigate further damage. That allowed us to be able to effectively clean and remove the mold.
