Water Damaged Wood Flooring
This wood flooring was damaged by water from a broken pipe and at first glance, the homeowner didn't think it was too bad. What often happens in these situations though is that the water manages to seep through the wood flooring and end up underneath. If that moisture isn't dealt with, it can cause even more damage. That is what nearly happened here.
We found that there was water trapped under this flooring, so we dried it on top and set up equipment to create airflow with which to dry it underneath as well.
