I would defiantly use SERVPRO again for any future needs. (hopefully not soon)  They did everything they said they would and more.

SERVPRO of Lacey responded within 1 hour to my to my flooded basement on a Saturday near Lake Tapps. Antonio and Jason were efficient , quick and really nice. The mitigation to the water damage was addressed and it was all dry in three days. No Mold got started due to their quick work.

Our insurance company recommended SERVPRO of Lacey after we had roof damage that caused a leak into our bedroom. We worked with Project Manager Matt Thew and he did a great job! He explained the entire process thoroughly and we knew what to expect from his team. The techs Steve and Nate also were great, very friendly and professional! They delivered the equipment and came out twice to check the moisture levels during the drying process. We highly recommend SERVPRO!

Jason Hall and Chris Moe came out to assess the damage to our home and were very professional and informative. They answered all questions we had and made us feel comfortable about the situation. I would recommend them to anyone!
